Calming from cover to cover

A lovely concept. I have anxiety and coloring calms me. I really liked the cover of this book, because it has a wonderfully unique texture that's smooth and velvety. I appreciated that the backs of the sheets are white, so (most) markers won't bleed through. However, if you're using alcohol-based markers, you'll want to slip a sheet of cardstock under your page. There are also quite a few sheets in this book, it isn't a little skinny one like you'd get at a craft store. The artwork itself is not the most consistent in quality... it looks like maybe it was hand drawn but then they used the automatic trace tool in Adobe Illustrator to vectorize it? But there's enough detail to keep it interesting.
As for the person who gave this a 1-star review... I think they were really reviewing Amazon's shipping job rather than the book. I've ordered two of these now and both arrived in perfect condition. It's unfortunate that reviewer's didn't, but trust me, this is not a 1-star coloring book.

I loved the concept of a story combined with the coloring book. It appeals to the inner child! The images are a wonderful mix of simplistic to intricate coloring tasks, so there is a range of investment, which I appreciate. The style of drawing is much more reminiscent of children's books than the usual adult coloring book I've come across. Very fitting for a book about dreams, targeting the imaginative introverts of the world!

I bought this for myself and I love it so much that I bought two more for friends. It's gorgeous. The detail is exquisite. I love that it's introvert's supporting introverts.
